We can&#039;t be trying to sell what we think is the best thing, we will only push potential customers away.

I think though that there&#039;s another point to this... that we may really know (not just think) that we are giving what they need (or should need), but if they are not wanting it or are not asking for it, then we have to decide what we will do as marketers.
