What is stopping you?

The turtles often leave me befuddled. (I know that is easy to do as I am old and Bald 
) Yesterday was a treat day and they got some feeder fish (That is why they wanted a post up to day to keep the fish coming ). This time the fish lasted about 90 minutes. Last two times the fish lasted a few days. Why the huge difference? What made this batch different?
Near as I can tell the difference was that they had success quite quickly yesterday. When that happens they get more confident and become much more focused on catching the fish.
The last two times they had very little success immediately and frustration set in.
Is this happening with you and your business?
Have you tried something new and become so frustrated that you just walk away even though you know it is a skill you need to acquire?
Sure has happened to me on more than one occasion and I hear it all the time when teaching.

Has definitely happened to me more than I would like to admit.
However, a couple of weeks ago I did finally have some pretty major success from my standpoint and it definitely does help to pump you up and get you excited again!
It’s amazing what these turtles can teach us.

It was and is a problem for most people including myself. Not being sure of certain skills can cause some apprehension on my part. It was not until I dived in fully and decided to give it my full effort did I realize that I could do it. And that can go for anything you try. Even if you fail just get up and try again. Those turtles are pretty smart.

Still getting ready to get ready on several fronts. There is soo much to learn in this internet business. I think part of it is creative procrastination. Some things should wait till your ready, but its awful easy to get confused on which, and easy enough to let things I should do slip away.

I think we all get this way sometimes, we might give up for a bit because of the frustration or might even give up for good. But when we continue to work hard through the frustration, we can see some great success.

I’ve been there too. It’s easy to want to try something new when you don’t get instant results or even to give up. Having a system in place and following through is very important. Staying focused like your turtles will bring results. I’m starting to think that I should get my own turtles for inspiration

The turtles learned a good lesson – success does inspire confidence. A little success can go a long way toward motivating your efforts.
