Like you said, we can do nothing wrong, but still find ourselves in a lot of trouble with spy ware and such. Any offline business would have locks and security systems, so this is basically one of the tools we need to use online.

Most people don't realize that when they delete a file that the file is actually still on the hard drive. It is just tagged as being deleted and can be written over sometime in the future if that space is needed but the actual data is still there. There are even programs you can get for free off the internet that will allow you to recover these files. So yes, knowing what to do is very important! There are only a few that actually can.
