Privacy is something the turtles don’t get much of
By admin | August 5, 2009

As you can tell from the pictures that show up here in each post the turtles do not have much privacy. (I took this one of the lazy buggers relaxing while I am hard at work a few minutes ago.) Guess that comes from living in a glass tank. About the only privacy they get is overnight when I shut the tank lights off.
Even when I get up early (like 6 am) there is enough light coming in to see what they are doing. Now it does not bother them or at least they have not been able to vocalize their complaints.
That being said they did want me to warn you about the danger your
private files are in. Every thing you do on your computer is saved and can be easily traced by almost anybody!
It’s true, anybody could be watching your every move. Even worse, you could be legally charged if anything wrong is found. Even if you have done nothing wrong, do you really want people looking through all your files and knowing all that you do?
It sounds frightening but fear not, there is a Solution. All these footsteps of yours are kept in the Windows Registry. But don’t go fooling around in the registry. One mistake and your computer may become useless. Many people have made that mistake and have suffered as a result.
Registry Cleaners may sound like they do the job, but most of these programs are fake and worsen your computer’s condition.
This report tells you what exactly you need to rid your computer of these dangers. A privacy program helps you clean out this unnecessary information and also increases your PC’s performance.
What do you have to lose? Grab your free copy today! The turtles may not have privacy but your computer should.

That’s a great resource there, Mike! We keep our entire network behind a barricade, but even thern people forget that the drives from old computers can be recovered if someone wants to bad enough. In this day and age privacy is a fallacy furthered by the unknowing public, but doing what we can to maintain a shred of privacy is always a good idea.

Hey Mike…great post! Since I work in the IT field, I can personally vouch for what you are saying. ‘Most’ programs out there that claim they can ‘clean’ your registry are in fact junk. There are only a few that actually can.
It looks like your report is a great resource that can help people who are looking to protect their data.
Thanks for the resource.

Looks like a great report Mike.
Most people don’t realize that when they delete a file that the file is actually still on the hard drive. It is just tagged as being deleted and can be written over sometime in the future if that space is needed but the actual data is still there.
There are even programs you can get for free off the internet that will allow you to recover these files.
So yes, knowing what to do is very important!
Thanks for providing this report!

It is very important as business owners that we protect ourselves. Like you said, we can do nothing wrong, but still find ourselves in a lot of trouble with spy ware and such. Any offline business would have locks and security systems, so this is basically one of the tools we need to use online.

Thinks Mike. I always wondered about those Registry Cleaners. Don’t know much about them, but my thought is that if it is a needed operation why isn’t it part of the operation system. I know that privacy is important so I will take a look at this report. Thanks.
