Mike,

Not much time to read turtle stories today, but is there something in common with three german shephards and one small maltese needing to hang around me because of firecrackers going off.... not to mention a fighter fish someone put next to me laptop for me to give five miniscule little balls daily to keep him alive...he seems hungry...but I promised no more then five...

You are so right about that conditioning. And when it is not met you get the upset people just like the turtles. It is hard to believe that someone would be like that and expect things on a regular basis, wait a minute that sounds like me. Duh!

Taking proper care of your subscribers and customers is the only way to succeed.

You are right Mike, if you set a certain way of doing business but then change it (by not emailing, or changing your business methods), your subscribers will notice, and if they don't like it, they may leave.

Once you have established your business in a certain way, it's best to keep it that way and only changing slightly over time.
