Educating your customers leads to sales

By admin | October 13, 2008

turtleNow turtles are not easy to educate. Think as much as I like them that I am not going to teach them tricks. I can influence their behavior.

If someone opens the lid on the tank and they are up sunning they are instantly gone to the far corner. They figure that if someone has opened the lid they want to catch them.

They learned this when we did not have sufficient filtering capacity and used to take them out to feed them each day to keep their water clean longer. Now it has been a couple of months since anyone has tried to take them from the tank But they still react the same way. Instantly gone.

Now there is a difference though if I have the food container in my hand. Yes they still leave the ramp area but…

They come right up top waiting for me to add food. Three turtles swimming with their heads out of the water just waiting for dinner.

Again they have been educated that if I open the lid with their green container in my hand it is dinner time.

How does this apply to your marketing?

You need to educate your subscribers by giving them useful information. You them create the automatic impulse to actually read your email, blog or newsletter.

One of the best ways to do this is by giving your subscribers quality information and one of my favorites free reports. Giving out free reports that actually help your subscribers helps you to educate your subscriber that you are someone that they need to read what you send.

You can easily add your recommendations into the report and set affiliate land mines that will generate you ongoing revenue.

One of the easiest ways to create free reports is using quality PLR and you can get some this week for free at The 5th Free PLR Giveaway.

If you do not understand how to use PLR check out The PLR Tutorial Videos that will walk you step by step how to use PLR to the max.

Take advantage of it while it is still available.
