Mike, you discussion of days 1-4 fit me to a tee. I know that consistence is very important. But being consistent in and of itself is also difficult. And "something comes up at home" is the one thing that gets me all the time. Thanks for the advice in this post - it is right on and all of us should consistently work at being more consistent.

I think following a well laid out plan can do wonders for a person. Sometimes we get side tracked and go in so many different directions. I think we all often struggle with consistency in our business. We get tired one day and overly energized the next, so our results might not be consistent.
